Deposits

There are 2 types of deposits...the reservation deposit, and the damage deposit.

1. The reservation deposit is half the rent, paid to secure the vacation time at the time of making the reservation.

2. The second type of deposit, is the Damage deposit is $300, due 30 days before arrival.

It is returned 3 days after your departure.

A damage deposit is for large and obvious things (appliances, furniture etc.) not for incidental things, broken dishes, glasses etc.

The damage deposit also applies to excessive cleaning time as described in the departure link.
